About Our Mission

Caribbean Missions was founded in 1966 in Fort Lauderdale, FL by a missionary pilot, Billy D. Randall. The mission has worked since then transporting missionaries, establishing mission churches, and bringing many Christian workers to the field in the countries of the Bahamas, the Turks and  Caicos Islands, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. Our current location in the Dominican Republic is not far from the Haitian border and we are completing facilities for the Truel family to return to serve full time on the field as well as a dorm for housing of mission teams. We hope to be a blessing to the local communities as well a link to those who desire to come and reach out to the millions of precious souls in need on the island of Hispaniola. Caribbean Missions is the local church outreach of the Gethsemane Anabaptist Church of Lexington, SC.

The Truel's have served the Lord in three different Caribbean nations: the Turks and Caicos Islands, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic.
